I'm experiencing so many health issues and receiving, not totally unexpected I lost my control-- I regret this but am so very grateful for the kindness you all showed me. I will return for my visit on February 3 at 8:00

I tried scheduling my daughter for a cleaning and X-rays. Before we even got in we had to reschedule twice because the office was short staffed and the second time someone didn’t come into work. Today we finally went in for a routine cleaning and the office was locked. We waited outside and could hear a woman employee loudly complaining about how incredibly mad she was. Apparently a Doctor didn’t show up for work and she let it be known. We ended up waiting to be seen. My daughter went in for a “rough cleaning”and was told “ it’s hard to clean a moving target” and to keep her jaw tight. There were more red flags but to spare the office I will keep it short. I’d schedule an appointment elsewhere for the time being, they may improve in the future. Today we experienced not so nice customer service.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!! They try to sell you services based on false information. They told me I needed a deep cleaning and charged me for half of the procedure upfront ($200+) before I even had it done. I didn't feel right about it, so I requested a refund and switched to a new dentist. Sure enough, no deep cleaning needed! Additionally, they did not send my X-rays to my new dentist on time after asking them to several times. I had to get new ones done that, thankfully, my new dentist was gracious enough to offer for free, since my insurance would not cover additional X-rays. AND the dentist was sooo rough on my mouth, even after expressing to him that I had a particularly painful gum. Dr. Halbeib does not care about your dental health at all, he just wants your money!

Most thorough first visit I’ve ever had. Everyone I encountered was professional and very kind. Dr. Nguyen was so gentle and knowledgeable. I’m lucky that my new insurance after retirement led me here.

I had chipped my tooth in the middle of the day and did not have a regular dentist. I called Seabreeze dental who was able to get me an appointment in-less than 20 minutes. The entire staff were friendly, compassionate and had a very pleasant experience.

I always appreciate the care, the information shared, and the friendly attitude in the office.
(If I could make one random comment- having spent many hours looking at the ceiling in the exam room-, it would be nice to flip one of the Rainbow fluorescent light cover screens so that the two adjacent rooms make one continuous arc, instead of 2 half arcs going the same way.

I realize that's not what you want in a google review, but that's what I'm always thinking as I look up! )
