Está clínica no es un lugar honesto. Se supone que mi aseguranza cubre el 100% de la limpieza y me dijeron que me van cobrar de deducible $1000 por limpiar el lado derecho y otros $1000 por el lado izquierdo, cobran como si le fueran a limpiar los dientes a un caballo. Aseo mis dientes 2 veces al día con hilo dental y enjuague, no me duelen para nada, entonces porque quieren cobrar mucho? Será porque les exigen que la clínica tiene que ganar cierta cantidad de dinero o por las comisiones.

The staff at Aspen Dental was extremely friendly. The dentist took the time to explain my dental needs thoroughly. The procedures that I needed were started asap and the follow ups were scheduled very quickly. I highly recommend them especially if you would like a kind environment and quickly scheduled appointments.

I had a fantastic experience at Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked into the lobby, I felt warmly welcomed. The x-ray process was quick and easy, and the hygienist was super friendly during the evaluation. The dentist was thorough and explained everything clearly. The highlight was the treatment plan coordinator—she was amazing! She laid out my options and made everything sound so simple and stress-free. I actually left excited about my dental plan! Highly recommend this place!

I. Came for an appointment Wednesday and was put off until Friday, Once I got into my appointment today Friday, the staff was very nice and patient, I’m a 55 year old afraid if the dentist and I haven’t been the best patient, the staff is more than understanding and doctor extremely supportive and nice nice, I was referred to aspen because of low prices it’s more expensive than I expected and now they have a surgeon who does sedation , it’s a longer process but it’s the way to goyou have to wait longer for sedation and It’s very expensive to get your teeth pulled otherwise the overall experience for me has been excellent. The girls that run the office go above and beyond customer service. They should’ve kicked me to the curb instead they embrace me and it’s a struggle with high anxiety just to get to the appts. and they make things better, I’m still terrified, because of office staff I get there I go back on Saturday for my first time sedation and I believe it’s the way to go for me, baby steps. Thank you Aspen Dental staff of Hollister ca.

There is a reason why this dentistry is the lowest rated in Hollister on Yelp. First, they are very slow. Took them an hour to call me in. Second, the staff is very rude. Third, they will push for X-rays and will refuse cleaning if it’s not completed. I have never run into an issue like this and as others pointed out they are money hungry. I did not take the X-ray. Fourth, my wife went to this place and experienced the cleaning of the hygienist which was unprofessional and painful. They were so slow that she had to come in for a second appointment. As others pointed out, some of their findings were questionable and wanted her to pay quickly by credit card even before the second appointment. Fifth, cleanliness of the consultation rooms is a concern as others pointed out. In conclusion, don’t waist your time, money and health at this subpar dentistry. If you do get stuck with a bill, question the amount. My wife did and her bill was lowered by half. I will be going to Hollister Smiles Dental from now on
