Ann at the front desk is so friendly, I felt like a guest rather than a patient. The office is brand new with all the new technology so you know you’re getting the latest and greatest treatment. Susan was very gentle with the x-rays and her calm demeanor made for a great experience. The dentist took the time to listen to my needs and was professional and friendly. Will recommend this office to my friends and family!

I had a filling pop out one evening & called the next morning. The wonderful receptionist was able to get me in at 9:00 am that morn! Ann thoroughly explained the work to be done & the billing side of it. The caring dental assistant was efficient & professional. Dr. B was his usual calm, reassuring self. I must say, these people genuinely care about their patients. I used to be terrified to go to a dentist, but I actually like going to Aspen Dental…even if it’s just to hang with the cool people!! ❤️

Started out good. I had to reschedule my appointment twice due to staffing. I have a cracked denture and was asked to come back for a repair. Mind you I had waited 2 weeks to get in. After I paid the $39 for the "club" and had an appointment for the repair the denture cracked in half. The woman who was handling my account came in and stared me down trying to intimate me. I took the denture and left. This was 3 days before Christmas. I can't eat anything and was going to buy a new denture from them but now they can forget it.

I went in for an adjustment on my dentures and the Dr. walked in the room and looked at my dentures and used the white stuff to see where it was in contact with my gums and took a bite test and filed the dentures down and they work great now. No sores on my gums. HAPPY NEW YEARS!

I had a 5-star experience as a first-time patient today. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. Today's appointment included having X-rays taken, teeth cleaning, 3D imaging of my gums and teeth, as well as a dentist exam. I didn't have any major dental work performed today, so I can't say anything about that type of work, but I can honestly recommend this location in SLO as a great place to go.

Very impressed! The staff have great customer service and treat the patients like family. State of the art diagnostics. My attending dentist was professional and competent. Billing was thoroughly explained and they accepted my Medicare supplemental.

Friendly staff! Like Jacey’s review - I’ve never had a cleaning quote be so high. The sad part is that after all the thorough state of the “new-patient” exam and consult - they knew I came in for a cleaning that I definitely needed and I left there with no patient care. No cleaning just a slick blue folder with a treatment plan that included a quote for a crown I specifically said I didn’t want.
I was so sad that I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned. I have insurance but they refused me any health care because I wasn’t prepared to finance the $3,000 quote for them to clean my teeth the way they wanted. I left with no basic dental care.
