This place is great for littles and babies! I legit had no idea how a dental appointments for a baby would work until I came here. The parent lays the baby on their lap and onto something like a kickboard that extends to the hygienist's lap. The hygienists have always been very patient and gental. Everyone here is very kid forward. With the baby you're seen in a closed room then the kid graduates to an open room filled with dental chairs with TVs on the ceiling. There's TVs and toys in the waiting room (although we never had to wait long) and the kids get to take a toy home.

Not only did the man dentist make my son lose all trust in dentists but they also quoted me significantly less than what the procedure was, and they said it’s because of the insurance not paying as much as they thought. Okay bummer but okay so, I paid it in full, and they call me three months later saying I still owe more and the reason being was the insurance didn’t cover as much. I had already paid $500 over the quoted price. They still harass me everyday for the payment. My sister is a lawyer and my brother in law is the DA and they told me that what they did wasn’t even legal so for them to again ask for more money AFTER I already paid way more than quoted is not just wild, it’s illegal.

Clean, friendly, informative!
We just started going to this dental office and my girls were at ease the whole time. Everyone at this office is so nice and helpful. My 2 daughters liked Diana and Charlie so much that they are requesting that they have them at their next visit. Honestly I never felt comfortable at the dentist when I was a kid, so it makes me so happy that my kids are happy to be there. Both dentists at this office were informative and friendly. Debbie the receptionist is very helpful and kind, so sweet with my girls as well!
Looking forward to bringing my kids here for all future dental appointments and likely orthodontics.

My children were very happy and comfortable. My husband and I as well and are very satisfied with the service. The staff and doctors are great! Very professional and kind. We felt welcome and the doctors and staff demonstrate that they really care about their patients. Everything is very well explained and staff makes sure to hear out any concerns we may have. Great with children. Always recommending the best course of action. Safe, clean and affordable. Best pediatric dental group I ever worked with. We are always treated with respect, courteousness and in high regard. They always treated my son with kindness and always kept him comfortable. From the flat screen TVs above the dental chairs to the play and entertainment room, all makes going to the dentist fun and exciting with a whole new modern twist and experience. Really warm, caring, friendly, knowledgeable Pediatric Dentists. The dentists and staff are 100% successful at making nervous patients (and parents!) feel completely at ease. Beautiful, impeccably clean, modern office. Everyone is professional and just exceptionally nice. My kids' dental appointments have been a painful hassle elsewhere in the past, but at Five Cities Pediatric Dental Group it has all gone easily and smoothly. Highly recommended!

We have been taking our children to this office for the past two years. My almost 4 year old had treatment done for the first time and we had a wonderful experience. He has his crown and filling done awake with nitrogen oxide and local anesthetic and the doctor made the experience very easy for my son. We have more treatment to be done and I am happy to know he is in good hands.

Very friendly staff, beautiful clean office, great dentists! Met both Dr Irma and Dr Lauriente, and loved them both. They clearly explained what they were doing and what the next step was in treatment. My kids were all comfortable with the staff, and especially loved watching movies on the ceiling while their teeth were being cleaned 🙂
