Our family has been using Village Creek Dental for the last 2.5 years and each visit they remind me why we chose them. Dr. Ulep and team are always evolving their services and prioritize education. I leave feeling confident that I’m in the best care, knowing the condition of my oral health, and how I can tangibly make improvements. I have confidence in the entire team’s ability and in the care we get from them and appreciate their transparency when it comes to the cost of services offered and provided

Dr. Ulep and Dr. Hernandez are passionate and have put together a friendly and helpful group of hygienists. However, they do not communicate that the core services they provide like “Oral Hygiene Instructions” and photographs will end up costing the patient hundreds of dollars, months after an onboarding appointment, even as an in-network provider with Anthem insurance.

I would have loved to gone here every 6 months but I don’t want to feel like I’m being taken advantage of every time I see them. That feeling and additional costs wash out the good service they provide.

This dental office has been transformed for the better. As a patient it makes me feel good to know that my needs are being taken care of by a great doctor and her staff. Dr. Ulep is a great dentist, very professional. The office staff are very attentive and professional as well.

They made my appointment quickly and no hassle, easy to fill out forms before I go in. During the visit. The assistant was so nice, I think her name was Cali? She was so good, I thought she was the dentist at first. When my imaging was done, Dr Ulep came in to do her exam, she explained everything so well, I had no questions at the end, it was very clear the way she explained my options.
The only opportunity that I would offer is that the exam areas are so close, it is hard to hear sometimes with the noise around you. But that’s ok. I still recommend it and I will be back as long as this staff is still there! Do not let that assistant leave that practice!

Like most people, I’ve never really enjoyed going to the dentist, but the people at Village Creek dental actually make it an enjoyable experience, especially my dental hygienist. My dentist is young, but very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Village Creek dental.

I can't tell enough people about how great this dental practice is! I needed a crown, turned into a root canal but honestly it was a great experience start to finish. I just finished a deep cleaning with Erin and it was fantastic. I get it no one loves a trip to the dentist but here I am writing this glowing review. Run, don't walk to Village Creek Dental. 10 out 10 would recommend ?
