I came here as a new patient and the staff was so welcoming and helpful! Dr. Lee made sure my teeth got the proper treatments and made me feel very comfortable during the procedures. The office manager Katherine was super helpful with all of my insurance questions and made my overall experience really great. Even after my appointment when I had to call the office back the front desk staff was amazing!

I went to this office because it was recommended by my family members. I was hesitant because my dental office is only 2min away from me, which is convenient, and Novato Smiles was 35min away from me. But it was worth the drive!

Backstory: I was having some pain in my back tooth when I chewed. After my visit, I thought I told my dentist the correct tooth that was causing pain, later only realizing I may have told him the wrong tooth. I called my office to question the tooth recommended for treatment for a crown. Something told me to call back and make sure the correct tooth was getting treatment. I find out later that the xray machine my doctors’ office used was outdated and couldn’t tell us more information on whether or not I had any cracks, or even if a root canal was needed.

I decided to go to Novato Smile because their xray machine is updated and could give me more information on my tooth pain. Thankgod I did! The x-ray technician was quick, communicated clearly on steps, and friendly. Most importantly, we were able to diagnose the pain issue. And we even found a cavity under one of my old feelings that my old dentist office didn’t catch!

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The office manager Kat was very thorough with how my insurance worked and I was relieved to know that I had options.

I have always been traumatized going into the dentist, because I’ve always had very poor dental experiences as a child. I’ve had a lot of dental work as a young person and never given nice remarks. For the first time, the dentist (Dr. Lee) complimented me on how well I’ve been taking care of my gums! Even that small compliment, goes a long way, especially since the dentist gives me so much anxiety. From start to finish, I highly recommend Dr. Lee and Novato Smiles. They were very helpful and flexible on financial plan and coming up with a clear path to treat priority areas.

I established myself as a patient here and had an exam and cleaning. Dr. Lam was professional and courteous. Hindu, the hygienist, did my cleaning. It has been a year since my last cleaning and she was thorough and helped answer my questions about the method she used to clean my teeth.

Tried to sign up with them. Gave them my info but their links never worked for filling out paperwork and they were unhelpful. I called the office 3 times and they gave me the run around so I canceled the appointments. Complete waste of time. I wouldn't recommend them.

The staff is amazing! Professional, polite and personable. Katherine is so sweet and definitely makes you feel like you personally matter to them. Dr. Lee is very caring and considerate, fair and personable. Also office seems to be up- to-date on new tech dentistry procedures. Love this Dentist and his staff!

This is just the beginning of my 5 STARS+ experience. The BEST Dentist I have ever had the pleasure to meet ...Gentle /Explained what he needed to do.. Amazing very little pain .The Staff is Excellent, You open the door and are greeted with a Smile, Will include Staff names in next post. I was nervous, however walked out the door with a NOVATO SMILE ON MY FACE!!!?
