This is a great spot. All staff has been friendly and are exceptional with children.

Dr. Robinson is a really nice guy. The practice is clean though needs some updating in the waiting room areas. However, we don't spend a lot of time with Dr. Robinson, we interface with the front desk team and the techs. The front desk team needs some major customer service training. They are young and sweet but really need to learn how to handle customers in a medical setting. There is zero professionalism. The techs vary in ability to deal with children's needs. I think if you have bell curve kids, and you don't care about customer service relations interfaces you'd do fine at this practice. We don't so we'll be moving on. I really miss the prior Dr.s staff.
