My mother, a senior, was assigned this practice. I called to schedule an emergency appointment. They picked up the phone at 10:45 and hung up immediately with no greeting. I called back 5 min later and was told the earliest she could be seen was in 3 weeks.
My mother doesn't drive and this practice was within walking distance so she decided to walk in and get an appointment. They gave her an appointment for the next day at 10am. She arrived early but wasn't seen until 10:45. Then 30 min later she was told she had to find another practice because they couldn't take her x rays because her mouth doesn't open wide enough. So they don't do Panno here. Also it's a small space where they see 4 patients at a time but there is no privacy. You can see and hear the other patients.
I would not recommend this place.

When u first pull up u get a little worried because of the location. Once inside you are greeted by the most friendliest staff imaginable. My appointment took place at 2pm the time they get back from lunch so you would expect the staff to have the end of the day, it's time to go home attitude. I filled out the paper work and was escorted to the dentist chair. Dr. Lopez was very kind, professional and thorough in explaining what needed to be done and the different options I had. My follow up visit in which I needed a root canal went even better. I would have never expected this dentist office to be so accommodating and professional. The office manager had only been there for 4 months but handled business as if she was the owner and a clear professional. I would highly recommend Winning Smiles Dental in Richmond CA.

I have met many dentists in my lifetime. This office made me feel carried for. The staff are wonderful and the care I received is beyond the ordinary. They are accommodating and didnt try to pitch a high cost dental plan that is out of my range unlike all the previous dentist i have experienced. My budget and the cost of the care meant as much to them as it meant to me. They are very personable and caring towards their patients. I highly recommend Winning Smiles in Richmond to anyone.

My wife went to her check-up appointment. Admin staff kind as always, X-Ray as always. When the "doctor" showed up no advise started with the vaccum inmediately, since there was no assistant on clinic he put all the tools on her chest. She suffers sensible teeth and he was with absolutely NO CARE scratching with the metal her sensible parts, she complained with pain and he replied "yes you have them" continuing doing the same operation. This person told her to authorize a procedure right away and when she denied, he got upset acting even more careless (usually previous medical staff was cautious and safe) she ask him to stop and this person was that annoying and careless enough my wife had to remove all and leave. He tried to order her to sit back and she denied, she was desperated and crying with water all over her face almost running to front desk obviously to cancel future appointments and he STILL was following her arguing he was doing his job with the front desk making fun she was reporting his mediocre job!!.
Front desk was so bummed and apologizing, why they have to go thru this if is not their fault?
NO HUMAN RESPECT, this "doctor" fix you if you were a car, by the way it was only a cleanning. Imagine something else ! Life time trauma !!!

I was directed to these folks by insurance company and knew nothing about them. The entire staff is amazing! The office staff was friendly and welcoming right from the get go. The dentist and his assistant are caring and listen to my concerns at all times. Of course I did threaten to bite them if I felt any pain. Glad I'm here and I recommend them highly.~DUG

I love the dentist and staff. But they are not organized. Scheduled an appointment two month ago and found the office closed on that date. No follow up calls for reschedule apponitment or NOTHING. craziness

This place has horrible service. This was my 2nd time coming here and not being able to be seen. The first time, they had issues with my insurance even though Medi-Cal verified my benefits were active and this last time because I was 8 minutes over the cut off time to be seen. Things happen and I missed my BART stop but it was a waste of time and money to come there and not be seen. Not only that, when they couldn't see me the 2nd time, there was no other patients in the office so the dentist could've seen me. I feel he was being extremely petty, especially considering it took me over a month to be seen from the last time I was there. I won't even attempt to be seen there again.

Do NOT attempt to have your dentistry done here. They are rude, they make you wait, and they insisted on taking new x-rays even after I gave them my most recent x-rays (less than one year old). When I told them I would not be coming back, the dentist told me to hurry up and leave his workplace, that he had "wasted too much time on me." This is after I had driven 15 miles, waited over a half hour, and spoken to him for 30 seconds! These are bad people - stay away!!!
