My name is Tim and I would like to leave an EXCELLENT review for Dr. Song and his ENTIRE staff at San Marino Dentistry.

I woke up one morning and I had a very serious emergency with my back molar.

I can't thank the staff at San Marino Dentistry enough. I called in and they were responsive, and accommodating.

Like I said, my procedure was very serious, urgent, and Dr. Song handled it like a pro. Dr. S was very professional and told me my options. Dr. Song did not try to "upsell me" things that I did not need. (Most dentists I have visited try and sell me thousands of dollars worth of stuff...each visit.)

I was able to get in for an appointment almost immediately (Dr. Song's staff is AWESOME!) The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable right away. Dr. Song and the team were not only efficient but also so caring, taking the time to explain everything and make sure I wasn't in any pain.

One thing in particular that I really liked? Dr. Song is very patient and explains everything as we went along. (I am a dental chicken and I always like to know what is happening.) Dr. Song's explanations as we went along in the procedure REALLY put me at ease.

I am very grateful to have such a positive experience. I am thankful to Dr. Song and his entire staff (Jasmine, Beto, Sharlene and the entire crew). One thing I did not realize is Dr. Song does dental cleanings too! (I thought it was only serious dental emergencies.)

If you ever have a dental issue, I highly recommend Dr. Song and his entire team. to anyone who needs urgent dental treatment or even if you are searching for a new office to get your cleanings done at. Truly the best care you will receive!

During the routine cleaning, Alice noticed my back crown was broken and she informed Dr. Song. Without any hesitation or fuss, he took care of my crown on the spot.

First time at San Marino dentistry and I had a great experience. Laura was so kind and made sure she explained each process, x-ray, etc. Dr. Song? also took his time to greet meet and was open for questions. The office is very nice and clean! The ambience is very welcoming and I even got a toothpaste to take home heheh. So glad I found this office ! Great location and great staff ! Referring my husband next. 🙂

I waited a year to write this because frankly I didn't know how my implant was going to work out. It's been a journey! I had 1 implant and a couple of crowns to make. Things are working out great and I'm more than happy to share the experience.
Dr. Song's office is quite unique. Every time I leave the office, I feel a high level of competency from the office. From the moment you come til the time you leave, everything, everyone in the office seems to be very synchronized. From Jasmine at the front desk to Beto, to Alice, or any of the newer staffs, they all seem to know everything about you, and why you're there. They're professional, friendly and helpful. They take matters into their own hands. It is truly amazing how Dr. Song is able to assemble his team.
Price wise, all I can say is you get what you pay for. The service is not cheap, another word, not inexpensive. They take insurance just like everyone else. But it is your body, your teeth, I think you deserve a good place to take care of you. And with Dr. Song's office, you're in good hands.
