Highly recommend Dr. Kaeley & her staff! I have been a pt for a few years now & never had a negative experience. My gums were in really bad shape with deep pockets. Had the laser treatment done & have been diligently coming for cleanings every 2-3 months. My gums have never been healthier !

I am a returning patient to Dr. Kaeley’ ‘s Progressive Periodontics office. Tracy performed my cleaning flawlessly. I was afraid of pain, but with her professional injection of pain medicine, I hardly felt anything. I had an issue in my mouth, and Dr. Kaeley came quickly to observe and advise. She even spoke to me privately about a follow up plan. It is obvious that the whole team functions as one … and enjoy one another. Priscilla handles the scheduling, billing and insurance (plus plus) with a smile. There is always laughter and music playing in the background. Definitely, a positive experience.

I had a very pleasant, professional and thorough initial consultation. A much better experience compared to another initial exam consultation I had at another San Ramon periodontist. I was presented with the LANAP option (the other office never mentioned it, probably because they don't have the equipment). The dental assistant was very pleasant compared to the other office whose dental assistant repeatedly snapped at me and was just disrespectful, incompetent and frankly downright mean. Sure glad I got a second opinion. Progressive Periodontics was also significantly less expensive even though their office was far more modern.

I would never intrust my dental health to Progressive Peruodontics. I was treated poorly on multiple levels and charged $639.00 only to be misguided to an ENT immediately and told that she would not touch my mouth until I went to one. Then had the gall to ask what insurance I had and when I told her she said "good luck with that." I asked about other areas of my mouth that needed attention and was shut down. I left concerned and without a plan for future periodontic care for after the so called emergency EMT visit, which turn out to be nothing. To top it off
When I asked for copies of my x-rays and CT scan they wanted to charge me another $35.00. I have had gum issues since I was 14 and have been to many periontist over the years. I usually don't give bad reviews and I have never been treated so badly.

Dr Kaeley is wonderful. Very professional but also warm and personable. She took the time to fully explain my treatment plan and the details of the procedure. I feel relaxed and confident under her care.
