The staff are very friendly and the dentist was very helpful. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort.
The only problem is the office imposes a $100 fee if you didn’t make it to your appointment due to any out of your control situation or delays. They should reconsider this rule and be more considerate of patients emergency situations.

Dr. Takemoto ensured I was comfortable in the dental chair. This visit was my FIRST time getting dental work that required me to be fully numb and awake. And I am happy to say my experience with Moorpark Smiles was great and went smoothly! Dr. T and his assistant are very diligent in their craft, and did a wonderful job on my teeth while keeping me comfortable.

The hygienists working here are very knowledgeable in their work. They are willing to answer any questions I had while educating me on how to better care for my oral hygiene.

This office has a great team that ensures quality patient care! The front desk was so kind, I was welcomed as I walked through the door and had a small talk with the ladies up front. It definitely made the office feel more homie! 100% recommend this dental office!

My anxiety prior to my appointment was high and predicated by fear of a recurrence of aTrigeminal Neuralgia flare up,
Truly impressive, friendly and helpful staff assisted in rescheduling etc and this past week I actually had two appointments. Dr Takamoto is what all dentists should strive toward. Calm, competent and comforting in his manner and work. The dental assistants reflected this also-very glad I was referred here. Wish I remembered everyone’s name and sorry that I don’t!
