I had a very good experience at Moorpark Dental Group. I worked with Dr. Cleary and felt very comfortable. She worked gently and I felt very little pain. She also took time to explain what and why to what she was doing. Wendy, the hygienist was also great. She was thorough and I felt she did a great job. She also did make suggestions to help me do a better job of taking care of myself in respect to my teeth and gums.

My first question to the receptionist was are all your dentist in the Delta Dental network oh yes all are in the network. NOT TRUE!! I was overcharged and filed a complaint with Delta Dental. Not only did they lie to my face they did a lousy job of cleaning my teeth at some ridiculously high price. Beware beware there's other good dentist in Moorpark!

We have been coming here for YEARS!!! For EVERYTHING, and I mean, everything! My son is getting his braces off in September, my stepdaughter removed her wisdom earlier this year (my husband and I got ours removed years ago) I have a dental implant, have had same day crowns, and my dental hygienist Sahar, she is the best!! Miguelina is always thorough and communicative, Dr. Huss has always explained the processes, as well as risks involved in not treated a tooth - (reason for needed and implant, not taking preventative measures addressing an issue beforehand). I appreciate the level of care, professionalism and communication from all staff.

Buyer beware. They offer a $59.00 special for X-ray, exam, and cleaning, however, I went in and received X-ray and exam. They didn't provide cleaning, Instead I was told to get a deep cleaning for $900.00. I feel that this was a bet and switch.

Zero stars. Absolute garbage. Refused to give me a cleaning fully covered by my insurance so they could charge roughly $1500 out-of-pocket for a different cleaning. Never going back.

This dental group may be equipped to do cleanings, but DO NOT book a surgical procedure here under any circumstances. First, they scheduled my friend for an 11:30 procedure and let us sit in the waiting room until 1:00pm (no apologies, no good explanation, and the patient hadn’t eaten for over 12 hours). When they finally took her back, they were rude and more concerned about their lunch order than her procedure. It took over an hour, then they let her come out of anesthesia and get a post op X-ray/CT… and they missed what they were going for in surgery and HAD TO PUT HER BACK UNDER. For another whole hour and a half. All in all, we were there from 11:30 to 5:30pm, and to top it all off, the rude a** staff couldn’t find the time in those 6 hours to call in her prescription so she had to wait, in pain, for another 25 minutes to get those. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
