I’m exceptionally happy that I found this dental office, I found them on Google and was interested based on their multitude of 5 star reviews.

At first, when I called to inquire about my partner and I becoming new patients, I was a little hesitant because you have to pay up front and then bill insurance for a reimbursement. However, both Donna and Kathleen in the office were so sweet and happy to help address any of my concerns and always called me back quickly with updates and answers. Donna called both my partner and my health insurance to make sure that we would be covered and reimbursed before our appointments.

I had Stevie do my cleaning and it was the best and most educational dentist visit I’ve ever had, she was explaining in detail the X rays and dental hygiene and was so friendly and nice. My partner had Merriam do his x rays and cleaning and he also said what a great experience he had with her.

When Dr.Hirsch came into the room, you could feel his warmth and passion. He told me that my teeth looked great but one of my back teeth was very sharp and was grinding down the filling I had on the bottom and he would like to very lightly file it so it doesn’t disrupt that filling. When I asked if that would be covered under my insurance, he said with a smile that it would only take 10 minutes and it would be free. They scheduled me in the next week and it was quick and painless.

Everyone in this office is a delight, they truly care and it’s easy to feel. Thank you Dr. Hirsch, Donna, Kathleen, Stevie and Merriam!!

You could not run a smoother and more professional dentistry than Dr Hirsch. I was there today again and it is a bit like being at the Four Seasons, everybody knows my name, is super friendly and happy and my concerns and needs are addressed without me even voicing them. Great dental office in Malibu! All of the staff are super friendly, engaging, caring and professional. Dr. Hirsch may be a tad more expensive but his competency and care are still under valued. His equipment is the most high tech you’ll ever see in a dental office. Finally a dentist office I don’t get anxious to go to nor regret having gone to. Definitely in good hands here
