DO NOT go to this dentist. The cleaning was fine, but they will charge you extra fees with your co-pay. The receptionist is extremely rude as well.

I asked for an itemized invoice and they charged me twice for an office visit and sterilization fee which are both included in the same charge per my Scheduled Insurance Benefits. They also charged $30 for "Unspecified previous procedure", I have never been to this office so there are no previous procedures to charge for? When I questioned this charge, the receptionist snapped at me saying "This is how our office works" and that my "insurance company is wrong". I actually work in insurance and they are absolutely ILLEGALLY charging their patients.

Will never be going back and I advise no-one else does as well.

I looked up Lonas Santa Fe Dental so I could refer my fiancé, and was shocked by the bad reviews!

I’ve been coming here for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is patient and kind, and always takes the time to ask me questions about myself and my life. Always super clear about pricing, about what certain add-ons will cost, etc.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. My mom and I have been coming here for at least 10 years.

This is the worst dentist I have ever experienced. They tried to upsell me, then overcharged me, didn't return my calls or emails and have a very unprofessional staff.

My guess is that the main doctor there is just too old, ready to retire and doesn't care about running his practice or his patients anymore.

I HIGHLY discourage anyone from going here given all the other dentists in the area.

My wife and I have been going to this dentist for over 3 years. We have been extremely happy with the dental care, including an implant and regular cleaning. We have recommended him to friends.
