I had an issue at this advanced dental services office with insurance benefits. I neglected to let my wife know my work insurance had changed for 2024. The claim for my wife's services was billed to my old insurance. The insurance specialist at this location went out her way to straighten this out for me. I was very impressed and relieved that she was able to handle this in such a professional and efficient manner.

Dr. Jay and his whole office are the ultimate professionals. 5 star service with every step, and every person I dealt with in the office. I felt at ease with Dr. Jay and his skilled assistants for my gum graft surgeries before, during and after. They care greatly for their patients, as seen through their fantastic ratings.

Dr Vassilopoulos did an outstanding job on my cosmetic crown lengthening procedure! When he was administering anesthetic, I honestly couldn’t feel anything! He was gentle but thorough and explained each step to me as I had requested prior to the appointment. He was very responsive when I would text him about any questions I had post surgery and checked up on me during my recovery time. If It weren’t for Dr V, his talent, and awesome staff, I wouldn’t have been able to achieve the beautiful smile I have today! Christine, the financial coordinator, was very helpful with finances, pre and post op information, and answered all of my questions and concerns to satisfaction! I work for a general dental office and we refer all of our patients with periodontics needs/wants to Innovative Periodontics and they have always surpassed our expectations! This place is top notch! ( Also is their interior design is gorgeous)!!!
