I had a dental emergency basically and was referred here by my regular dentist. I spoke with Janet who appears to be in charge of the office. She answered all questions I had and was very nice. They got me in quickly and made sure I knew what was going to take place, how billing would work, etc. All staff was helpful including Dr. Cargasacchi. The office was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Cargasacchi by my oral surgeon for some gum pain I was experiencing. I reached out to his office and Janet was very helpful in getting a relatively quick appointment scheduled. The following week, I called to see if any appointment slots sooner opened - she was able to schedule me for the following day! What a relief! Upon arrival - the entire staff was kind, professional and informative. Very grateful to be a patient and I’m not terrified about my upcoming gingiva grafting. Ha!

My experience with Doctor John M. Cargasacchi, DDS,Inc. was very positive. I received pleasant smiles and welcome accommodation from all office staff along with the Doctor. I was helped immediately, all procedures were explained, and the surgery was performed successfully. Home care instructions were provided with explanation. Post care medication were provided by calls to my medical provider pharmacy and the Doctor called me at home to check on my health, symptoms and progress. I will definitely continue to use this Doctor.

Staff is very kind and caring. You know up front what the estimated cost of their services will be. Dr explained everything very thoroughly before each part of the procedure. The doctor called me later in the day after my teeth extraction and also after the post implants to check to see how I was doing. This office is very professional and make you feel cared for.
