Came to see a dentist today, not next week. Door was locked and read "walk-ins welcome", only to find out that they do appointments only & don't accept MediCal. In less than 5 minutes, a lady came to the door, explained the situation and gave me a referral that I so needed.
Very polite and pleasant.
No dental work, but very pleased with the response.

Dr Navas and his staff are amazing. I've been to a few dental offices in my life and so far Dr Navas is the Doc! his staff treats and welcome you like Family. In any business attitude and respect is important and they have the right not to tolerate any of it. they are working class people with families just like us all and Lei she dont play!

My family has been going here for over a decade. My son is now grown and will not see any other dentist. The Doctors are truly caring individuals and the staff is so very helpful! I could not imagine going anywhere else! I have seen other dentist years ago and none of them come close to the comfort and ease you get by all the staff here at Sunwest Dental.. Wise choice.

Dental office is cute. However, the office manager Lei, is the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a business, ANY type of business. I was looking forward to having my whole family go there for all of our dental work. But, I refuse to pay thousands of dollars to someone who is so rude. I only gave it 1 star for the cool coffee shop, Ecco Coffee, next door.

Dr. NAVA had been my Dentist for the past 4 years and always a pleasure when I go for my appointments. Lei the office Manager is the best and wish more offices had great Customer Service like Lei. Highly recommended.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a so called place of business! I arrived a few minutes early for my 8am appointment this morning as i began to fill out my personal info i was rudely called to the front when the wretched old lady behind the counter barked at me that their systems are down and they could not see me for my emergency dental issue which has me in tremendous pain! The lady showed no concern for my need to be seen at all without so much as an apologie she bluntly explained there was nothing they could do. Upon realizing what little concern they showed for a potential patient in need i turned to leave yes clearly visibly upset however i showed no disrespect as i open the door to leave the same terrible woman yells out how about we be a little less dramatic at this point i lost it and yelled back i am frustrated as you can imagine, you best believe you are going to receive a half to 1 star rating if it were at all possible to give them a 0 star rating i would do so. The office is far less than reputable and filthy to say the least this is not an establishment that should offer any services to the public what so ever and for some god awful reason you decide to bring yourself or your loved ones there BE WARNED if they are willing to treat someone so terribly at the front desk i cannot imagine what kind of pain this woman who was clearly the dentist would inflict in ones mouth i shutter at the thought! Better business burial will be hearing from me as well as the health department and possibly 3 on your side

DR. NAVAS is PHENOMENAL. His work is OUTSTANDING. He & his TALENTED, WONDERFUL dental team are AWESOME. I was greeted by the office manager LEI. Who can only be described as WARM HEARTED, CARING & full of KINDNESS. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like FAMILY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL. IT'S NO WONDER SO MANY FRIENDS RECOMMENDED SUNWEST DENTAL to me.
