I’ve never been a patient at this dentist office because I don’t live in the area. However, I know several people that are patients and they rave about the great service. I felt compelled to leave a review because I’m actually considering the hour commute to set my future appointments at this facility.

The entire office was professional and friendly. Dr. Samaan was very accommodating with my concerns. Mayela cleaned both my child and my teeth. She was gentle and considerate. Amazing!!!

Everyone is very friendly. They go out of their way to answer questions in a way that is easy to understand. My insurance company initially declined to cover a procedure that I needed and they kept submitting the info until the insurance agreed to cover the procedure. Would recommend to anyone.

The whole facility stinks like urine. The chairs are old and cracked, walls with gouges and missing or peeling paint. Looks like nothing has been updated for over a decade. They had someone sit to explain the quote for me, which consisted of her spitting a number and not giving any details on why they're charging that much when my insurance covers what's needed and my copay is less than half. Definitely getting a second opinion and not going back.

I’m very pleased with the treatment. I had 2 crowns. Dr. Saman is the best dentist he has awesome staff too. Highly recommend this location. Lakewood family dental group. Love you.

My family was going here for about 5 years, everything seemed to be going well. We switched to my wife's insurance (way better) yet somehow began being charged more.

So we called our insurance to get things clarified, and our insurance asked them to provide codes and charges they've been charging us for...

The dental group has since asked us to find a new dental provider.

The staff seemed friendly, but something is clearly going on.

Go at your own risk.

This is the worst dental office I’ve ever been to. The staff was unprofessional. Cursing and talking out loud regarding other people’s issues. Chairs are broken and the place looks old and dingy. Paint or wall paper coming off the wall. The girl had to hold the chair so I could sit because it was broken. Dr Turley was very impersonal. I would not let him work on me if it was free. I don’t see how some people gave 5 stars. I got an estimate for all my dental work but no itemized
bill. When I asked what my insurance would be paying I didn’t get a clear answer. The only positive thing I can say is the girl that gave me the paperwork to fill out was very nice and friendly. So sad.
