Amazing experience. I work for a dental office, and I opted out of my very own office for this office. I love honest but very knowledgeable Doctors and that is exactly what Dr. W is. Anna and Esther are also fantastic as well.

This office not only serves the health of your teeth, but also the health of your spirit and soul! The environment here feels helpful, positive, and happy. Thank you for being an AMAZING place for both my minor child & I.

We visit both sides (ortho & dental) for about 5 years now, and so far have had pretty positive experiences. The doctors are super patience and makes sure my children feel comfortable. The staff for the most part has been kind and very helpful. Once in a while the wait time has been a little longer than expected, but I do understand sometimes some appointments run late (because we have been late and they accommodated us with no problem)

I wish I could give this place less than the one star but unfortunately that isn’t possible. Terrible attitude from the front desk! Calling to schedule an appointment was made difficult due to the fact that the lady on the phone refused to send the receipt. Having foster children in our care we are required to have every piece of information possible. She then put us on hold mid conversation. Very sad and unfortunate. Would not recommend!

People have forgotten the importance of quality customer service, it not only shapes a visit but the perception of the company. The receptionist is short with customers, refusing to provide basic documentation. (which is a law by the way). She also has an attitude placing customers on hold as she throws a fit. She is not the face I would want for my company, that’s for sure.

I love this place. I have been brining my kids here for about 5yrs and they have always been so helpful and informative. Esther on the braces side has been an extreme help with the process for my son. Answers all my questions and helps with making payments easier and convenient.
