Dr. Lopez was such an inspiring mentor. As a student who didn’t have previous exposure in the field, shadowing Dr.Lopez taught me so much and affirmed my decision to pursue dentistry. All the staff were super friendly, professional and kind. One of the best learning experiences I’ve had and one of the most beautiful offices I’ve seen. Dr. Lopez put in so much effort into educating students and I was lucky to have her as my mentor!! If you are a student and want to step your foot into dentistry, 562 endodontics is the one you must go to. ?

I was present for my husband's Endodontic treatment at 562 endodontics today. As a retired Dental Hygienist with more than 40 years experience in the dental field, I was very impressed and grateful to have witnessed excellence in the way Dr. Lopez-Gross and her team delivered top notch care. I am confident (because of the patient way that Dr. Lopez answered all of my questions and concerns, as well as her expertise in the field) that the treatment my husband received was the very best available.

The entire staff here is so friendly, kind and empathetic. I was referred by my dentist in an emergency basis and they were luckily able to get me in on the same day. Dr. Lopez Gross I cannot say enough good things about. She was amazing to deal with and with her treatment helped me where I was pain free immediately after my same day emergency procedure. This was right before my 2 week vacation and she even called me 24 hours later to personally check in with me and how I was feeling. I will also say that during both of my procedures 1. Gum incision yo remove infection and 2. Root canal re-treatment both procedures were 100% pain free, even the needle for freezing. I will be telling my dentist to refer everyone to her and 562 endodontics. I cannot thank everyone there enough!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Having essentially grown up in a dental office and having a long history of dental interventions, I could not be more impressed with the expertise, innovation, dedication, and genuine care of Dr. Lopez and the amazing team at 562 endodontics. They are the best I’ve ever encountered! Not to mention, they saved me from extracting a tooth unnecessarily! It was recommended by another endodontist and my dentist to pull an alleged cracked tooth that had abscessed and kept me sick for months, it was suggested a root canal would not be successful and the best course of action was extraction. Shortly before my appointment to pull the tooth I requested a third opinion. Thanks to Dr. Lopez and her teams use of the most up-to-date technology (CBCT) they discovered a rare anomaly in the tooth that became infected but wasn’t a crack at all! They were able to successfully root canal the tooth and address the anomaly to prevent future infections. I happily get to live on to chew with my full set of teeth for many days to come. I could not be more grateful. Thank you, a thousand times over! ?

I must say for those of you who are anxious about getting a root canal procedure, don't worry anymore, this is the place to get it done
Amazing staff, who are very careing and compasionate professionals on every level of care
The adminstrative portion of my experience was very smooth, efficent and extremely professional making for a relaxing experience.
The procedure in the dental chair was calming, comforting, and again very professionally managed throughout the entire procedure
Within a short period of time I was done, and on my way

I cannot say enough good things about 562 Endodontics!
My 13 year old son had an accident; where he broke his 2 front teeth and required double root canals!!! Right from the beginning , Claudia & Sophia, the receptionists; calmed our worries and made us feel very comfortable, as we rushed there for an emergency appt.
Dr Jackie Lopez Gross was phenomenal. Very excellent with kids. She is so friendly & really precise with her treatment. My son went from so nervous to falling asleep in her chair ( twice!) . Lu the dental assistant is very professional & knowledgeable! The entire team is the whole package, and we couldn’t be happier with the treatment provided! ?

I could not ask for a better experience than my visit at 562 Endodontics. Dr. Lopez is a super skilled and excellent practitioner, who put me at ease right away with her warm and congenial personality. In the consultation room, she projected the images scanned by the most advanced and sophisticated equipment and explained to me every detail in simple terms. The staff is also absolutely wonderful and friendly and the clinic is an oasis of cleanliness, good taste, and serenity. I would very highly recommend Dr. Lopez and 562 Endodontics!
