Dr Fong is a very experienced dentist. I called his office because I had a very bad toothache. After a couple of xrays, I was diagnosed with a very bad infection. I was given an antibiotic prescription to help get rid of the infection. Dr Fong has been our family dentist. He's very experienced, gentle, one for all family members. We all appreciate his good work. Definitely a dentist for everyone.

Most important thing to me is "gentle", I've had dental phobias since I was a child, and I found a kindness, gentleness and comfort with Dr Fong. And my son has been going to him since he started going to the dentist and he loves Dr Fong and his staff! They are truly like family, love him and his entire staff! They also have invisalign inhouse so we didnt need to go to a separate orthodontist!

The best dental staff I have ever had! Highly recommend 21st Century Dental. Great with kids and adults alike. They are a one stop office with Orthodontics and Dentistry, providing Invisalign, mouth guards for sports, teeth whitening....they do it all.
My family and I have been going to Dr. Fong for 2 decades, they treat us like immediate family. I would hate to change Doctors an move to another dental office.

Unfortunately, I was not able to get service here due to my Insurance. While I know that it is NOT this office's fault that they did not accept my insurance, I was very disappointed that they did not tell me sooner. I gave them my insurance at the time of call, and they said that as long as they did not call back, my insurance was good to go.

I called a day before my appointment to double confirm my insurance was accepted (because insurance is so finicky sometimes) ad they said yes!

Unfortunately when I went in today, they told me they did not accept my insurance. I'm so confused why I wasn't told in the two previous times I confirmed. I was frustrated to find out I could not be seen after driving to my appointment, at least a call ahead would have been better.

It's so hard to get a dental appointment, and very frustrated to have been told false information when instead I would've been happy to hear a no up front and continue my search for a dentist office elsewhere.

Not a reflection of how good the actual dentistry is, but a reflection of the staff who takes calls and handles the logistics. Make sure to double, and triple check!

Dr Fong has been our family dentist for over 20 years. He and the staff are well versed in routine cleaning, oral surgery, implants, veneers and more. They are very friendly and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My adult kids still goes to Dr. Fong, even if it’s not covered with their insurance because of the great relationship and trust they have with Dr. Fong.

Dr. Fong is amazing. He's so caring and makes you always feel so comfortable. The entire staff is just amazing. It's such a comfortable experience and I have always felt like I was in good hands. I've been coming to this dental office for years and will never go anywhere else. Incredible staff who makes you feel right at home. Jeannie, I can't say enough of. What a sweet, caring lady!

Great facility, Dr. Fong is very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. He has an excellent staff, with the same attributes. Comparatively, affordable and without the up-sale. Clean restroom, waiting room and patient room. Availability for children to adults.
